CLASS DESCRIPTIONS


8 Petals Location


The structure of all my classes easily accomodates a broad range of students' abilties. Classes are designed to be accessible to beginning students and offer more advanced variations for students who have more experience.  Please feel free to call or email me if you have any questions.

Beginning Level -

This level is designed for students new to yoga and students who are still refining the basics. The classes cover breath awareness, simple poses and include lots of individual attention. Beginners may also attend Beginning/Intermediate level classes.
                      
Friday    9:30am -11:00am
 
Beginning/Intermediate -

This level is designed for students who are just starting out and also for those who are ready for more in-depth instruction and more challenging poses. An assortment of poses with simplified modifications and more advanced variations will be taught so that each student can work at a level that is comfortable.

Monday        9:30am -11:00am 
Wednesday  9:30am -11:00am 
Friday   5:30pm - 6:45pm
Sunday       9:30am -11:00am


Intermediate

This class is designed for students who enjoy a slightly more vigorous practice and may include a series of flowing poses linked together. It is recommended for students who have been practicing consistently for at least a year.

Thursday   5:30pm -7pm
