"I found Susan's studio while searching for a yoga class after a long hiatus and also from a friend's recommendation. Susan takes the time to encourage me to work towards my full potential in the poses with a gentle touch and kind instructions. I always come away feeling relaxed, balanced and energized. My knee issues have improved and the mobility from breast cancer surgery has returned. Thanks Susan!"

"Susan's classes are the best! She has an uncanny ability to support and encourage
every student in her class, regardless of their various levels of ability."
Gary McKinney

"Susan D'Onofrio is the perfect yoga instructor for all levels of students. I have been
practicing for 18+ years and learn something new each time. What is also wonderful
about Susan is her presentation of ideas that go beyond yoga into our everyday lives."
